Refund Policy
School-year programs: Full refunds will be made if a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Student cancellations must be received at least 5 business days prior to production/class/workshop start date and a $35 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. After that time tuition will be refunded, minus the $35 fee, ONLY if your/your child’s space is filled by another participant. For production programs, no one will be added from the waitlist once the audition process is complete, in order to provide a fair audition opportunity for all participants. Students who are eligible for a refund may choose, in lieu of a refund, to have their tuition transferred to another class within the same term (with the exception of private lessons). Short-term workshops and membership fees are not refundable. In cases of withdrawal due to illness, family emergency or other circumstance, please contact education@mosesianarts.org.
Summer Vacation programs: Participants are expected to attend any program they register for. This helps MCA effectively plan for teaching staff, materials, and other administrative logistics. Refunds may not be issued after June 1 and are subject to a $50 admin fee. In cases of withdrawal due to illness, family emergency or other circumstance, please contact Director of Youth Education, Sarah Winters sarahwinters@mosesianarts.org.
