Anaïs Mitchell’s haunting, jazz-inflected folk opera follows Orpheus’ mythical quest to overcome Hades and regain the favor of his one true love, Eurydice. This production features performers in grades 9-12. Understudies for Orpheus, Eurydice, and Hermes will perform in the 7 pm performance on Saturday, May 17.
